I speak german as well, Ihr könnt auf Deutsch schreiben wenn ihr wollt.
The room is 10m2 Initially I'd like to rent it out for a few months to see how it fits and if everything works out well a longer time period is possible.
It would be great if you are an extremely curious person who loves to explore new things, no matter if humans or technology, body or mind. Generally someone who is quite self-aware and has experience integrating opposites (rational / emotional).

- playing or have played Tennis ( i m an advanced player , we have 20 raquets at home ^^) , padel as well
- you are a very relaxed and easy going person but at the same time love intensity
- you have a good food tasting skills hahaha cause i love cooking and sharing.
What you will get :
Im 30y (m), IT manager and university teacher ( dozent) and i have a very chill and relaxed life, love intellectually stimulating conversations but also just being in silence with each other. i work mostly from home and I go always on workation ( Work + Vacation) to escape this sad weather in Berlin. Sometimes e.g. cooking together, grabbing a beer or sharing thoughts and ideas with each other.
You will get free tennis courses if you want 🎾🎾 and if you are an addicted player like me you can join me on my tennis tournaments. If you are into Padel we may win the berliner Meisterschaft 🤣🤣.
I don't mind if you work from home or you go the office, I dont have any problem if you have guests and want to host them for some days, the room may not be enough but there is a sofa or even my room if i'm not there. If you have pets please mention it we can discuss this with the hauseverwaltung.

- i m unforatnuley a smoker and i smoke in the kitchen, i hope you will be ok with that.
- shared area should always kept clean, especially bathroom and kitchen i think we dont have to explain why its important 😊😊
- my gf, mom, sister, or some very very NEAR friends of mine may come to visit me from time to time, but never mind they will never disturb you. you can get visitors as well but please only people that you Really now ( not your first tinder date or some random guy/girl you met yesterday in the club) that is very important for me as our home is our safe place and we should feel safe and comfortable, and you expect the same from me 😉
