We’re looking for a new tenant for our cozy 64 sqm flat, located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg—one of the best spots in Berlin! As you can see in the photos, the rooms are quiet, stylishly furnished, and full of charm. Situated on the ground floor of a classic old building with high stucco ceilings and large windows, this flat offers a perfect blend of historic character and modern comfort.

The flat is located in the absolute center of Prenzlauer Berg, right between the vibrant Kollwitzkiez and Bötzowviertel. This area is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Berlin, known for its charming atmosphere and excellent amenities. You’ll find a variety of cafes, bars, and restaurants around, perfect for leisurely days and nights out. If you’re familiar with the area, you probably already know popular spots like Mauerpark, Kulturbrauerei, Kollwitzplatz, and Volkspark Friedrichshain.

The flat is also in a fantastic location for daily necessities. Within a short walk, you’ll find a supermarket, an organic store, and a “Späti” (a convenience shop) around the corner, making it easy to grab anything you need.

In terms of transportation, the flat is extremely well-connected. You’re only 3 stops on the M2 tram from Alexanderplatz, one of the major hubs in Berlin. A short walk or two stops in the opposite direction on the M4 tram will take you to the Ringbahn, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. Hello from Asel and Nixanne!

We are looking for respectful, inspiring, and easy-going women to join our international flat share. Our ideal flatmate is someone who is either working or a serious student, as we believe a similar lifestyle helps create a harmonious living environment.

Asel is a 23-year-old from Kazakhstan who moved to Berlin to pursue a Dual Study Program in Design, specifically Grafikdesign, at Internationale Hochschule Berlin. She previously lived in shared flats in cities like Frankfurt and Dresden. Asel values a clean and tidy living space. She enjoys meeting new people and is open and communicative, although she is not a party type. Asel is always down for different activities with flatmates.

Nixanne is a 21-year-old university student who moved from South Africa to Berlin to study at the Berlin School of Business and Innovation. In addition to her studies, Nixanne works part-time at a coffee shop during the week. She loves music, watching movies, and enjoys staying indoors, but is also adventurous and passionate about exploring different dishes. Her favorite sports are swimming and basketball. Although she doesn’t speak German yet, she is eager to learn and become fluent soon. Matti speaks three languages, with French as her first language.

We value a balance—no one who’s constantly partying, but also no one who’s too serious or boring. The goal is to create a home where everyone feels comfortable and welcome, with a warm atmosphere for long-term living.

This is an international flat, so it’s important that you appreciate diverse cultures and are open-minded. We want someone who plans to stay for the long term and contribute positively to the flat’s vibe. Please understand that the flat is not suitable for a couples or pets.
