da ich von Mitte Januar bis Mitte März im Ausland bin, möchte ich gerne mein WG-Zimmer untervermieten.
Du würdest zusammen mit Nora leben. Sie pendelt zwischen der Schweiz und Berlin und ist in der Regel etwa 2,5 Wochen im Monat in Berlin. Insofern hast du oft die ganze Wohnung für dich allein.
Wir suchen jemanden, der ruhig und ordentlich ist. Wir unterhalten uns gerne mal beim Abendessen oder bei einer Tasse Tee, aber das ist definitiv keine Party-WG. Wir mögen es ruhig, da wir beide einen sehr vollen Alltag haben.
Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, daher suchen wir jemanden, der rücksichtsvoll mit den Gegenständen umgeht. Das WG-Zimmer liegt in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, ist etwa 20 qm groß und befindet sich in einem hellen, sanierten Altbau. Generell ist die Wohnung sehr hell und frisch saniert. Insofern lässt sich der Berliner Winter hier gut aushalten.
Die S-Bahn ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Tram 3 Minuten, und du hast die Qual der Wahl, denn gegenüber gibt es vier verschiedene Supermärkte.

As I will be abroad from mid January until mid-march, I would like to sublet my room in the shared apartment.
You will be living with Nora. She commutes between Switzerland and Berlin and is usually in Berlin for about 2.5 weeks each month. So, you will often have the entire apartment to yourself. We are looking for someone who is quiet and tidy. We enjoy having a chat over dinner or a cup of tea, but this is definitely not a party apartment. We prefer a quiet environment as we both have very busy schedules.
The apartment has been furnished with a lot of attention to detail, so we are looking for someone who will treat the items with care. The room is located in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, is about 20 square meters, and is in a bright, renovated old building. In general, the apartment is very bright and freshly renovated, making it a comfortable place to endure the Berlin winter.
The S-Bahn is a 4-minute walk away, the tram is 3 minutes away, and you have plenty of shopping options with four different supermarkets just across the street.
