I am renting a 25 m2 bright room in a shared flat on the 4th floor in the rear building for the month of July 2024. The total rent is 400€ warm. The room is located in a creative 8-person shared flat (two apartments combined).
As I am moving out, the room will be empty. However, I can leave furniture in it by arrangement.

The shared flat is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, directly in Dunckerstraße at Helmholtzplatz. There are numerous bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. You can reach Alexanderplatz in 15 minutes.
In 5-10 minutes by foot you can reach:

If you are looking for a unique shared apartment experience, this room is for you! We are an 8-person international multigenerational shared flat working in the music and art sector (between 32 and 55 years old). We are a very open-minded, creative and relaxed community. As the apartment is very large, we still have enough privacy. However, you should appreciate creative chaos, ideally you are also interested in music and art. :) There is also a 12-year-old teenager living with us.

Wir sind eine 8-Personen internationale Mehrgenerationen WG aus dem Musik und Kunstbereich (zwischen 32 und 55 Jahren). Wir sind eine sehr offene, kreative und lockere Wohngemeinschaft. Da die Wohnung sehr groß ist, haben wir dennoch ausreichend Privatsphäre. Du solltest kreatives Chaos schätzen, idealerweise interessierst du dich auch für Musik und Kunst. :) Es lebt auch ein 12-jähriger Teenager mit uns.
