Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß, laminiert und hat hohe Decken. Vom Zimmer ab geht ein Balkon, der ca. 2-3qm groß ist. Ich benutze diesen nur recht selten oder höchstens mal zum Wäsche aufhängen, du muss dir also keine Sorgen darum machen, dass dein Zimmer zu einem Durchgangszimmer wird. ;) Das Zimmer wird unmöbiliert vermietet.
Ich würde das Zimmer erstmal für 6 Monate vermieten, damit wir schauen können, ob wir gut miteinander harmonieren. Eine Verlängerung ist aber grundsätzlich möglich und erwünscht. :) Der Abschlag für andere Dinge in der Wohnung (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, etc.) muss noch mit meinem derzeitigen Mitbewohner abgesprochen werden.
Zum Rest der Wohnung: Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Küche, mit Siebträgermaschine, Spülmaschine und großem Kühlschrank. Wir haben eine Waschmaschine, aber keinen Trockner. Im Bad gibt es eine Duschbadewanne. Und eins meiner Highlights: Es gibt einen sehr großen, grünen Hinterhof, in dem die Vögel zwitschern und man einfach mal von der Stadt abschalten kann (Video auf Anfrage). :)

The room is 18 square meters, laminated and has high ceilings. It is connected to a balkony, which is about 2-3 square meters in size. I only use it very rarely or at most for hanging my washed clothes to dry, so you don't have to worry about your room becoming a transit room ;) The room is rented unfurnished.
The contract would be for 6 months so that we can see if we get on well together. However, an extension is possible and desirable. :) The price for things in the apartment (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, etc.) still has to be agreed with my current roommate.
About the rest of the apartment: There is a well-equipped kitchen, with a portafilter machine, a dishwasher and large fridge. We have a washing machine, but no dryer. There is a bathtub with a shower curtain in the bathroom. And one of my highlights: There is a very large, green backyard where the birds chirp and you can simply switch off from the city (video on request). :)
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an drei verschiedenen Tram-Linien (M2, M12, M13), wodurch man super angebunden ist. Den Alexanderplatz erreicht man in unter 15 Minuten mit der M2, und die 12 bringt einen in 8 Minuten zur Eberswalder Straße, dem Herzen des Prenzlauer Bergs mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Außerdem ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten bei der Ringbahn-Station Prenzlauer Allee, mit welcher man dann auch alle anderen Stadtteile Berlin leicht erreicht.

The apartment is located directly on three different tram lines (M2, 12, M13), and therefore very well connected. Alexanderplatz can be reached in under 15 minutes on the M2. The 12 takes you to Eberswalder Straße (U2), the heart of Prenzlauer Berg with its many bars and restaurants, in 8 minutes. You can also reach the Prenzlauer Allee Ringbahn station within 5 minutes, which provides easy access to all other parts of Berlin.

Zu mir: Ich bin 28, habe Politikwissenschaft studiert und arbeite derzeit in einem Start-Up. Meistens bin ich 3 Tage die Woche im Büro und mache 2 Tage Home-Office. Ich ernähre mich vegetarisch und ohne Kaffee geht bei mir morgens nichts. Ich bin recht viel unterwegs und verbringe meine Freizeit am liebsten mit Bachata tanzen, Pub Quizzes oder Spieleabenden mit Freunden. Zum Runterkommen schaue ich gerne Trash TV, höre Podcasts, puzzle oder lese. Ich bin allgemein sehr begeisterungsfähig und neugierig, politisch interessiert, feministisch, gleichzeitig Welt-Verbessererin und immer mal wieder an-der-Welt-Verzweiflerin.
Zum Thema Sauberkeit: Ist mir in den gemeinsam genutzten Räumen wichtig. Mit einem Putzplan für die gemeinsam genutzten Räume bin ich bisher ganz gut gefahren. Es gibt auch einen Staubsaugroboter!
Zum Thema gemeinsames WG-Leben: Ich wünsche mir ein harmonisches, rücksichtsvolles WG-Leben mit offener Kommunikation. Die Wohnung soll sich für uns beide wie ein Zuhause anfühlen. Da ich wie gesagt recht viel unternehme, brauche ich die Zeit zuhause meistens, um etwas Ruhe zu finden und zu entspannen. Ich möchte aber nicht wie Fremde nebeneinander her leben, sondern finde es schön, wenn man auch ein bisschen am Leben des/der anderen teil hat, sich einfach mal in der Küche verquatscht oder etwas gemeinsam übernimmt. Das soll aber keinen Druck aufbauen. Ich glaube, wenn man sich menschlich versteht, ist das eine super Basis - alles andere ergibt sich dann von alleine. :)
P.S. aus gegebenem Anlass: Ich verstehe, dass der Berliner Wohnungsmarkt hart ist, aber wenn du 20 bist, egal wie reif, sind wir einfach in unterschiedlichen Lebensabschnitten. ;) sorry!

About me: I'm 28 years old. I studied political science and currently work in a start-up. I'm usually in the office 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week. I'm a vegetarian and I can't do without coffee in the morning. In my free time I love to dance Bachata, go to pub quizzes or have board game nights with friends. To wind down, I like to watch trash TV, listen to podcasts, do jigsaw puzzles or read. I am generally very enthusiastic and curious, politically interested, feminist, trying to improve the world while often enough being overwhelmed by it.
Cleanliness is important to me in the shared rooms. I've done quite well so far with a cleaning plan. There's also a robot vacuum cleaner!
How I imagine living together: I'd like a harmonious, considerate shared flat with open communication. The apartment should feel like a home for both of us. As I do a lot of things, I usually need the time at home to find some peace and quiet and relax. However, I don't want to live together like strangers, I think it's nice to be a bit involved in each other's lives, to chat in the kitchen or do things together. But that shouldn't create any pressure. I believe that if we generally get along well that's a great basis - everything else will come naturally. :)
