Possible to rent on a weekly based (200 EUR per week)

Apartment is fully furnished with laundry machine and internet.
The room has a 1.40 Bed, a seating area and a working area

The apartment is next to s- bahn Greiswalder Str.
It is easy access to city center via M4 (10 min to Alexanderplatz and city center) and ring bahn (S41, S42, S8, S85)
There are many shops and café in walking distance.
There is also a small beautiful park with fountain, a lot of trees and sunbed benches- perfect place to unwind with a book.

I keep a quiet apartment as i mostly work from the house.
The building has a lot of German people so being quiet is very important for the neighbors as well.
In the evening i like to talk and share a meal (in the cozy chic living room) so i prefer friendly people.
If you are new in Berlin i can recommend some places :-)

I prefer Vegetarian as my kitchen as i do not cook meet in the kitchen, but it is ok if you cook as long as it is not pig.
In days that i work from the house i will be in the living room a lot- but of course its a common area :-)
In addition the apartment will probably be empty part of the time as i travel in the summer.
