Hallo! Wir vermieten unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Prenzlauerberg für Februar und März. Wir werden eine Weile in Chile wohnen und dachten, dass vielleicht jemand die Wohnung nutzen kann, während wir weg sind, da es in Berlin so schwer ist, eine Wohnung zu finden, selbst wenn es nur für kurze Zeit ist. Die Miete ist natürlich proportional zu dem, was wir monatlich zahlen. Der Preis für den gesamten Zeitraum beträgt 1,800 € und kann auch gerne auf 2 Personen aufgeteilt werden.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für Paare oder Alleinreisende, da es ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Wohnzimmer gibt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine bequeme Couch und einen großen L-förmigen Schreibtisch.
Da wir schon ab dem 28. Januar weg sind, wäre ein Einzug ab dann möglich.

Hi! We're subletting our 2-room home in Prenzlauerberg for February and March. We're going abroad to Chile for a while and thought that maybe someone can make use of the flat while we're away since it's so hard to find one in Berlin, even if it's for a brief period. Of course, the rent is proportional to what we pay monthly. The price for the whole period is 1,800 € and can also be shared between 2 people.
The flat is ideal for couples or solo stays, since there is one bedroom with a double bed and a living room. The kitchen has all utilities and the living room has a comfy couch and a big L-shaped desk.
As we will be away from January 28, it would be possible to move in from then on.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem frisch renovierten Erdgeschoss-Altbau im Skandinavischen Viertel an der ruhigen Malmöerstraße, in der Nähe verschiedener netter Cafés und Restaurants und nur 10 Gehminuten von der Schönhauser Allee und dem Mauerpark entfernt, wenn man etwas mehr Trubel braucht. Die nächstgelegene S-Bahn-Station ist Bornholmer Straße (S1, S2, S8, S26), aber auch der Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn, Regionalzüge und U8) ist ganz in der Nähe (15 Minuten zu Fuß).

The flat is a newly renovated ground floor Altbau in the Skandinavische Viertel facing the quiet Malmöerstraße, it's close to various cute cafés and restaurants, and only a 10-minute walk from Schönhauser Alle and Mauerpark when in need for a bit more buzz. The closest station is Bornholmer Strasse S-Bahn (S1, S2, S8, S26), but Gesundbrunnen (Ring Bahn, Regional Trains and U8) is really close as well (15 minutes walking).
Da wir für die 2 Monate verreisen habt ihr die ganze Wohnung für euch! Möbel, Geschirr, Internet, Putzmittel, ist alles vorhanden.
Since we'll be gone the 2 months, you'll have the whole flat for yourself! Furniture, dishes, internet, cleaning materials, everything is here to use.
