Excellent location in the north of the Kollwitzkiez the best place in Prenzlauer Berg. It is very close to Berlin-Mitte.  Tram station is less than 1 minute by foot, just across the street :)
 The closest Sbahn station is Eberswalder straße in 4 minutes.
 Lidl, Edeka, Rewe, Nahkauf, Rossmann, Bio Company are all within walking distance.

Die Straßenbahnstation ist nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt.

I am a 30-year old Lawyer from Munich and the owner of this apartment. I have been living in Berlin since 3 years and I am staying for almost 1 - 1,5 weeks every month in Berlin. So actually I am not really often in the apartment because I am in Munich or traveling around the world.

I am a non-smoker and smoking is not allowed inside of the apartment as well as animals.  I am very social outside of the home, so when I am at home I enjoy having peace time - so this is not a Party-WG.  I enjoy cooking at home and taking it easy when I am at home.

  I am looking for someone who has a full-time job or enough financial ressources, wants to live in a great location in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg and enjoys having some me-time, too.

The viewing appointments will take place on the weekends.

Die Wohnung ist nicht für Partys geeignet und soll eine ruhige Rückzugsmöglichkeit bieten.

Eine Person mit einem Vollzeitjob oder ausreichenden finanziellen Mitteln.

Jemand, der wert auf ein ruhiges und harmonisches Wohnumfeld legt.

Die Besichtigungstermine werden an den Wochenenden durchgeführt.
