ich bin Hauptmieter einer Altbauwohnung im Prenzlauer Berg und möchte hiermit das große Zimmer (circa 22 m²) vermieten. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen, exklusiven Balkon und ist bereits möbliert.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ist hervorragend an den ÖPNV angebunden und bietet einen großen Gemeinschaftsbereich (offene Küche sowie Wohnbereich) sowie ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist ebenfalls vollständig möbliert, einschließlich der Küche.
Kurz zu mir: Ich bin 29 Jahre alt, arbeite in Berlin, wohne aber noch in Freiburg im Breisgau. Das bedeutet, dass ich nur etwa ein Drittel der Zeit in Berlin vor Ort bin. Da ich nicht immer da sein werde, ist es schwierig, ein buntes WG-Leben zu führen, was aber auch heißt, dass die Person, die einzieht, die Wohnung die meiste Zeit für sich hat. Dennoch bin ich immer gern dabei, wenn man zusammen kocht oder etwas unternimmt.

I am the main tenant of an old apartment in Prenzlauer Berg and would like to rent out the large room (approximately 22 m²). The room has its own exclusive balcony and is already furnished.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, is well connected to public transport, and offers a large shared space (open kitchen and living area) as well as a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The apartment is also fully furnished, including the kitchen.
A bit about me: I am 29 years old, work in Berlin, but still live in Freiburg. This means that I am only in Berlin about a third of the time. Since I won’t always be around, it’s hard to have a lively shared apartment life, but it also means that the person who moves in will have the apartment mostly to themselves. Nevertheless, I’m always happy to join in if we cook together or do something fun.
