While abroad, we´re subletting our beautiful Altbau apartment in Prenslauer Berg for 2 months.
- The apartment is fully furnished. Your room has a 160cm bed, desk, chair, and closet.
- We have a good washing machine, dishwasher, big TV and many more features that will make your life convenient.
- Since we´re working in the food industry, our kitchen is well equipped with many tools and devices.

- The apartment is in a prime neighborhood with many bars, cafés and good restaurants in a 10 min. food walking radius.
- Prenslauer Berg is a beautiful district in Berlin, that is nice - even in winter :)
- It is well connected with public transport (S41/42 (Ringbahn), S8, M2 an der Station Prenslauer Allee 2 Min. zu Fuß entfernt)
- Many supermarkets are nearby (REWE, EDEKA, Lidl, Penny)
- We´re getting along well with our neighbours (mixed, students to families with kids) and we´d like to keep it that way ;)

While we're out of town, you´ll share the Flat with our close friend Mini, an incredibly nice flatmate and chef.
It is up to you if you want to do something together or if you rather do your own thing.
