An einer längerfristigen Untervermietung bin ich sehr interessiert.
Leider kann ich nur Jahresverträge schließen, da mein Hauseigentümer nur diese akzeptiert.
Eine Verlängerung, um ein weiteres Jahr, ist aber möglich.
