Huge Sunny Room in Prenzlauerberg

I’m travelling in January and my beautiful sunny room is available for sublet for two weeks. I’m a bit flexible on dates but I leave on the 11th. Rent for the period is €400.

The apartment is located at Arkonaplatz. Great connections to the M1, M10 and U8 (and others). There is an Edeka just a few minutes walk away. Mauerpark is 5 minutes walk.

The apartment is pet friendly (but there may be a higher kaution with a pet). Both roommates absolutely love dogs so this is a bonus for them! Cats are also fine!

The bedroom is super lovely. There are three huge windows on the room overlooking the park outside. It’s unusual to have this much light in Berlin. The apartment is located at Arkonaplatz a super cute local park with a Friday food market and Sunday Flea Market. It’s a quiet residential area but less than a 10 minute walk or so to the restaurant strip in Prenzlauerburg or 5 minutes to a bunch of cute coffee shops in Mitte.

The room is divided into two. One side functions as a living room. Think enormous couch, TV, projector and full home office setup. Such cosy for curling up and watching TV with a cup of tea when it’s cold. There is also a stationary bicycle and some gym equipment you’re welcome to use.

The other side of the room is the bed and is more of a relaxation zone.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, two fridges and a super comfy pallet couch right by the heater. It’s great to sit and chat and enjoy the warmth.

The bathroom is big and spacious and features double sinks and a new washing machine.

The Roommates

Clara is 28 year old from Luxembourg. She is currently doing her traineeship to become psychotherapist and is currently working in a psychiatry. She likes reading, going to the gym, coffee shops and meeting friends. She likes to travel, loves animals and is a vegetarian. She enjoys a calm and relaxed environment.

Sina is 28 years old from Germany. She works for a startup and enjoys travelling, flea markets, design and cooking. She's a frequent gym goer. She usually eats vegan. But neither roommates mind consumption of animal products.

The House

No smoking in the house (including the balconies).
Not a party house - we like our sleep
You would ideally have a similar working schedule - i.e normal office hours
You should be clean! (very important to us, obviously)
No couples
We like the house to be relaxing so we do most of our socialising outside the house. We are also open to being social and cooking dinner together occasionally etc but enjoy our alone time as well.
We're not big fans of playing loud music.
Must be dog friendly!
