We are subletting one of my rooms in our flat
especially to a pendler. We are looking for someone, who continuously comes visit Berlin, max 12 nights/month.
The beginning of rental is flexible. We are subletting min. one month, max. 6 month. But extension might be possible.
The environment of the flat is really quiet. Half of the
residents in the building are eldery people. To
respect them all, no big party wished in the building.
