Die Wohnung verfügt über einen schönen Balkon, der sich perfekt zum Entspannen eignet, und eine Waschmaschine, die in der Küche steht. Das Zimmer wird befristet für ein Jahr vermietet, danach wird der Vertrag, wenn gewünscht verlängert. Eine Anmeldung ist möglich.
Gesucht wird eine berufstätige Frau oder Studentin, die zuverlässig und freundlich ist.
