Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 m² groß, möbliert und befindet sich in einer zentralen Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen schönen Balkon, der sich perfekt zum Entspannen eignet, und eine Waschmaschine, die in der Küche steht. Das Zimmer wird befristet für ein Jahr vermietet, danach wird der Vertrag, wenn gewünscht verlängert. Eine Anmeldung ist möglich.

Gesucht wird eine berufstätige Frau oder Studentin, die zuverlässig und freundlich ist. Es wäre schön, wenn du in deiner Nachricht kurz etwas über dich erzählst (z. B. Beruf, Hobbys, warum du nach einer WG suchst).

I’m looking for a new tenant for my lovely room in a shared flat located in Prenzlauer Berg, Kuglerstraße. The room is approximately 18 m², fully furnished, and situated in a very central location with excellent public transport connections. The flat has a beautiful balcony, perfect for relaxing, and a washing machine located in the kitchen. The room is rented for a limited period of one year, after which the contract can be extended. Registration is possible.
