Hallo! Ich bin Greta und vermiete im März ein schönes, helles WG-Zimmer in meiner 2,5- Zimmer- Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock (durch eine Treppe zu erreichen) Das Zimmer ist 14,5m2, hell und ruhig. Es ist möbliert mit einem Bett, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Stuhl, Nachttisch und Nachttischlampe. Das Zimmer ruhig gelegen. Von deinem Zimmer aus siehst du eine kaum befahrene Strasse und die Häuser und Bäume in der Nachbarschaft.
Die Miete beträgt 550€ (Nebenkosten inklusive) und 300€ Kaution.
Die Wohnung hat eine kleine, helle Küche mit Tisch, Stühlen, und allen nötigen Küchenutensilien. Außerdem gibt es von der Küche aus einen Zugang zum einem Abschnitt des Balkons, auf dem man super Wäsche trocknen kann oder sich in die (März-)Sonne setzen kann.

The room is 14.5m², bright, and quiet. It is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a chair, a bedside table, and a bedside lamp. From your room, you have a view of a quiet street with little traffic and of the neighboring houses and trees.
The rent is €550 (including utilities) with a €300 deposit.
The apartment has a small, bright kitchen with a table, chairs, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Additionally, the kitchen provides access to a section of the balcony, which is perfect for drying laundry or enjoying the (March) sun.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. In 10 Minuten bist du auf den belebten Straßen mitten in Prenzlauer Berg mit Cafés, Bars und kleinen Geschäften, zum Beispiel rund um den Helmholtzplatz. In 8 Gehminuten bist du bei der Prenzlauer Allee Ringbahn-Station, und die M2 fährt dich zum Alexanderplatz. Fast direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich alle möglichen Einkausmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel von Rewe bis Lidl.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. In just 10 minutes, you can reach the lively streets of Prenzlauer Berg, with cafés, bars, and small shops, such as those around Helmholtzplatz. The Prenzlauer Allee Ringbahn station is an 8-minute walk away, and the M2 tram takes you to Alexanderplatz. Almost right outside the door, you'll find a variety of grocery stores, from Rewe to Lidl.

Ich habe viel WG-Erfahrung, und freue mich auf eine Mitbewohnerin (FLINTA) auf Zeit. Mir ist es wichtig, dass wir respektvoll und rücksichtsvoll miteinander umgehen. Wenn es sich ergibt, freue mich mich, wenn wir uns mal in der Küche auf ein Getränk zusammen setzen! :)
Ich finde eine offene und entspannte Stimmung zu Hause schön, in der sich beide wohl fühlen, die es aber auch erlaubt, dass man sich zurückziehen kann. Ich arbeite viel (manchmal im Büro, manchmal zu Hause), also sollte es zu Hause eher ruhig sein. halten. Deswegen sind Parties und Drogen hier nicht erlaubt, aber gelegentliche Kochabend-/ Spieleabend-Vibes sind vollkommen ok. Beide sollten sich darum bemühen, die Wohnung ordentlich und sauber zu halten. Rassismus und Queerfeindlichkeit haben hier absolut keinen Platz!
Beruflich schreibe ich viel, in meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne unterwegs, sehe Freund:innen, mache Yoga, gehe ins Kino oder zu kulturellen Veranstaltungen.

I appreciate a relaxed and open atmosphere at home, where both of us feel comfortable but also have the space to retreat when needed. I work a lot (sometimes in an office, sometimes from home), so the apartment should generally be quiet. That’s why parties and drugs aren’t allowed, but occasional cooking or game nights are totally fine. We should both make an effort to keep the place clean and tidy. Racism and queerphobia are not welcome here!
Work-wise, I do a lot of writing. In my free time, I enjoy going out, seeing friends, practicing yoga, going to the cinema, or attending cultural events.
