Gemütliches Zimmer in großer 4er WG mit Dachterrassen, 2 Badezimmer und Wohnzimmer 😊
Das Zimmer ist liegt im 5 Stock (kein Aufzug) und deshalb Tagsüber immer hell. Allgemein ist das Haus/die WG auch sehr ruhig und Homeoffice ist auch kein Problem.
Ich muss für meine Promotion ein Monat nach Paris und würde mich freuen, wenn ich eine (leider keine Paare) nette Person finden kann, die das Zimmer genießt und auf meine Pflanzen aufpasst. Ich bin so März-Mitte April weg, aber ich kann auch kürzer machen/bin flexibel!

We are all between 30 and 36, some work at home and others in a school/ a café so thereis usually always someone at home. In general we all frequently use the living room and sometimes do things together, but most of the time we live independent lives and spend a lot of time with our partners, so I am guessing you will have a lot of space to do your own thing here! As languages German or English is ok, we are queer friendly, vegan or vegetarian friendly... if you have more questions please write!
The neighbourhood is great, 4 minutes to the S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee, parks, several supermarkets and bars around the corner, cafés, great bakeries... and thanks to the Ring-bahn, basically all districts can be reached quite quickly!
The room is on the 5th floor (no lift) and therefore always bright during the day. In general, the house/flatshare is also very quiet and working from home is possible.
I have to go to Paris for a month for my doctorate and would be happy if I could find a nice person (no couple sorry!) to enjoy the room and look after my plants. I'll be away around March-mid April, but I can do shorter/am flexible!
If anyone has a room to swap in Paris, I'd be very happy to do that too!!
Der Kiez ist super, 4 Minuten zur S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee, Parks, mehrere Supermärkte und Bars um die Ecke, Cafés, sehr tolle Bäckereien.. und dank Ring-bahn sind im Grunde alle Bezirke recht schnell zu erreichen!
Wir sind alle zwischen 30 und 36, arbeiten bereits und benutzen zwar das Wohnzimmer und machen mal was zusammen aber haben im Allgemeinen unabhängige Leben. Deutsch oder Englisch ist ok, Queerfreundlich, Vegan- oder Vegetarierfreundlich… falls ihr mehr Fragen habt schreibt mir gerne!
Falls jemand ein Zimmer in Paris zum Tausch hat auch sehr sehr gerne melden!
