Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer plus Wohnküche und Bad. Die Räume sind alle sehr groß, Dein Zimmer hat 25m². Das Zimmer ist mit Schrank, Bett, Regal, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Sofa, Nachttisch, kleiner Kühlschrank ausgestattet, also eigentlich hat es alles, was man braucht.
Da es ein Altbau ist, hat es auch eine Raumhöhe von ca. 3,40 und verfügt über Stuckdecken.
The appartment has 3 rooms plus a very big kitchen. All rooms in the apparttment are really big, your room has 25m². The room is equipped with a double bed, desk, chair, sofa, wardrobe, small fridge and everything needed.

Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten Prenzlauer Berg (Parksituation miserabel). Das Haus verfügt über einen Garten, der mit den Nachbarn geteilt wird. S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Tram sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar

The appartment is situated in Prenzlauer Berg. S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Tram: everything is in a few minutes distance.

Bath and really big kitchen are shared. I do not like cleaning plans, but I believe, that one has to be old enough to clean when using somethig or when it is dirty.
I am at home daily, as I am working from home. However, my room is closed then, so I am not disturbing.
One further information about me to avoid misunderstandings : I am around 60 yearrs old. However, I am not the old land lady, but I am also not the same ager being keen on going out into clubs.
I want to share my appartment, but not my life.

Ich persönlich mag eine Zweck-Wg sehr gern, was ja nicht heißen muss, daß es unpersönlich sein muss.
Das Bad und die Wohnkücke teilen wir uns. Ich bin nicht für Putzpläne, sondern glaube daran, daß man erwachsen genug ist, den eigenen Dreck auch wegzuräumen.
Es gibt ne Waschmaschine und ne Spülmaschine, gängige Küchenutensilien.
Ich bin fast täglich zu Hause, da ich ausschließlich von dort aus arbeite. Allerdings ist dann die Tür zu meinem Zimmer geschlossen. Eine weitere Info über mich, um Mißverständnissen vorzubeugen : Ich bin um die 60 Jahre alt. Will sagen: ich bin beileibe nicht die "alte Dame", aber auch nicht die, die völlig wild darauf ist, in Clubs zu gehen. Kurz : Ich möchte meine Wohnung teilen, nicht aber mein Leben.

Das Haus hat einen großen Garten, der ab Frühling auch gern von der sehr netten Hausgemeinschaft gemeinsam genutzt wird.
