Zwischenmiete möbiliertes Zimmer mit Balkon in WG; für eine Person. 1 Monat, evtl länger.
Furnished Room, 24 square meters with balcony, to rent for one person. One mounth, evtl. longer.
80 qm Wohnung, Altbau, Vorderhaus, hell, 3. OG, unversiegelter heller Dielenboden. Das vordere, zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca. 24 qm groß, teilmöbliert (Schlafen auf Couch oder auf Schlaf-Luftmatratze). Kein Schreibtisch. Ich benutze den Balkon mit.
Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle sind vorhanden. Ansonsten bin ich ordentlich, gut organisiert und pflege die Wohnung. Du solltest das natürlich auch sein, insbesondere weil der Boden etwas empfindlich ist.
Gesamtmiete all inc.: 750 Euro pro Monat. (Wir machen einen schriftlichen befristeten Vertrag).
Kaution: 250 Euro.
Keine reine Zweck-, aber definitiv auch keine Party-Wg. Bin selbst LGBTI, also LGBTI friendly.
Wichtig:
Ich mache viel Homeoffice.
Das Zimmer vermiete ich nur an eine Person, nicht an Paare!
Eine Meldung beim Bürgeramt ist über mich leider nicht möglich.
Der Nachweis einer Haftpflichtversicherung ist Pflicht. Im Fall der Fälle erspart die uns viel Ärger.
Putzen Küche Diele Bad wöchentlich im Wechsel.

80 sqm apartment, old building, front building, bright, 3rd floor, unsealed light-colored floorboards. The front room for rent is approximately 24 sqm, partially furnished (sleeping on a couch or air mattress). No desk. I share the balcony.
A washing machine and microwave are available. Otherwise, I'm tidy, well-organized, and take good care of the apartment. Of course, you should be too.
Total rent, all inclusive: €750 per month. (We'll have a written, fixed-term contract.)
Deposit: €250.
Not a purely functional apartment, but definitely not a party apartment either. I'm LGBTI myself, so LGBTI-friendly.
Important:
I work a lot from home.
I only rent the room to one person, not to couples!
Registration with the Citizen's Registration Office is unfortunately not possible through me.
Proof of liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung) is required. If something goes wrong, it saves us a lot of trouble.
Cleaning the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom alternate weekly.
