The entire flat it's 70m2 The room with 20m2 is totally furnished with a double bed (Japanese Futon + Tatami ) 140cmX200cm, 2 pillows, blankets and bed sheet.
The apartment like I said already it's 70m2 with bathroom, and one nice kitchen totally furnished.

Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 70 m2. Das angebotene Zimmer hat 20 m2.
Das Zimmer ist komplett eingerichtet und hat ein Doppelbett ( japanische Futon mit Tatami ) (140x200). Es ist ein sehr helles Zimmer und zur ruhigen Seite gelegen.
Die Wohnung hat ein Bad und ein schöne Küche, der für alle nutzbar ist.
We like to live in a very peaceful place. We are very clean and tidy. We got some basic rules on the apartment that we would like the new flatmate also to follow :)
We got a cleaning plan once a week that is rotating. Meaning that every 3 weeks someone has to clean the apartment. (No stress, common areas are not as big as this sounds). The kitchen and bathroom should be always clean and tidy, so the next person can use them without having to clean before doing their own business :)
Also, just to be mindful of noises late at night or early morning <3
We are pretty independent people. We don't do things all the time together since we all have our main jobs + duties but for sure, nice discussions and good moments to share are always welcome!
In general, we would like to have a flatmate who is responsible and have clear what he/she wants in life. Just a cool person who has motivation for something in life. If you are one of them, we will be very happy to meet you :)
Also, we prefer someone who is done with parties and crazy life style :)
