Ich vermiete mein voll möbliertes Zimmer unter. Es ist ca. 22qm groß, es gibt eine Couch und einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch mit Bildschirm. Ein Beamer zum Filmeschauen steht auch zur Verfügung. Des Weiteren steht eine große Couch zur Verfügung, die zu einer Schlafcouch ausgeklappt werden kann.

I am subletting my fully furnished room. It is approximately 22 sqm in size. There is a couch, a height-adjustable desk with a monitor, and a projector for watching movies. Additionally the couch can be unfolded into a sofa bed.
Die Wohnung ist in der Erich-Weinert-Straße, um die 5 Minuten entfernt vom S-Bahnhof Greifswalder-Straße und sehr nah an der M4 Station Thomas-Mann-Straße. Supermärkte und alles, was das Herz begehrt, befinden sich in fußläufiger Umgebung.

The flat is on Erich-Weinert-Straße, about 5 minutes away from the Greifswalder-Straße S-Bahn station and very close to the Thomas-Mann-Straße M4 station. Supermarkets and everything your heart desires are within walking distance.
Auf den Bildern bekommt man schon einen ganz guten Überblick: Ein langer Flur, von dem die Zimmer abgehen, ein WC, ein Bad mit Toilette, Dusche und Wanne, eine Küche. Unsere WG existiert seit acht Jahren in unterschiedlichen Konstellationen. Eigentlich gibt es daher alles und was es nicht gibt, das schaffen wir nach Absprache an. Wir möchten, dass sich jeder in der WG wohlfühlt, verbringen Zeit miteinander, sind ganz einfach Freunde.

The pictures already give you some idea of the place: A long corridor leading to the rooms, a toilet, a bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub, a kitchen (where smoking is ok, if it doesn't bother the others). Our flat-share exists for 8 years in different constellations. Actually, we have everything and what we don't have, we consider buying together. We want everyone in the flat to feel comfortable, to spend time together, and to simply be friends.
