Katzenliebhaber aufgepasst!
Wir wohnen genau zwischen, Mitte, Prenzlauerberg und Friedrichshain, so dass man super Anbindung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Parks in unmittelbarer Nähe findet. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer offenen Wohnküche mit spühlmaschiene, Badezimmer mit Wanne und drei kleinen Schlafzimmern. Dir Wohnung ist hell und hat einen für berlin weiten Blick.
Meine Tochter (14), ihr Kater und ich wohnen in zwei der Zimmer und vermieten das dritte.
Wir sind relativ unkompliziert freuen uns aber wenn wir uns verstehen und nicht nur nebeneinander wohnen. Wir freuen uns wenn wir uns persönlich oder bei einem Zoom kennenlernen.
Wichtig ist, dass du katzen magst und dich auch mal um ihn kümmerst wenn wir beide nicht zuhause sind.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und durch ihre Lage im 5. Stock auch lichtdurchflutet. Man sieht sowohl Sonnenunter- als auch Sonnenaufgang.

We are renting out one room in our flat. It has 3 bedroom and big living kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and most important our cat.
It’s really bright as we have windows from east to west with a wide few, which is rare for Berlin.
We its my daughter 14 and me 39. We are a busy family and a lot of times traveling, so it’s important to us, that we have a roommate who likes taking care of our cat when we are gone.
If you like we rent out the room furnitured.
