- 10 minutes biking or 10 minutes with Tram to Mauerpark
- 11 minutes biking or 10 minutes with Tram to Alexanderplatz

- I'm from South America and moved to Berlin 7 years ago. I work as a freelancer in the entertainment industry. In my private life, I enjoy nature, biking, taking photographs with my analog camera, meditation, music, traveling and partying.

- People would describe me as kind, funny, quiet, and very clean. Also, I do have a great respect for other people's privacy. I do expect the same from my flatmates - this is an absolut must!

- Cleanliness and adequate respectful noise levels are important. This is an apartment with above-standard furniture and equipment. It's important to me that all things are always treated with reasonable care and respect.

- Ideally you do not work from home all the time.

- My first priority is that you and I are well-functioning flatmates. If we become friends over time, even better although not expected.

- I'm the only main tenant of this flat. The sublease agreement for the room will be made between you and me. Intended contract duration will be 1 year. After that, let's examine the situation and discuss if both would like to renew the sublease agreement.

By the way, I have 2 cats! They are super cute and friendly. They sometimes will be in the hallway and kitchen, but mostly in my room. You're not expected to take care of them but it would be great if you could feed them if I am on travel. Trust me, they are super cute and lovely. If you want to become friends with them, you have my blessings :). I attached some photos of my cats.
