The room is what you see in the picture: big windows, high ceilings and parquet floor. The bed, the closet and the wooden desk would stay. The rest will move into the current living room, which will be my room.
Public transport connections are great: U-bahn, S-bahn, Tram within 5 minutes walk and Gesundbrunnen train station one stop away. Edeka, Rewe and Netto all within 5-10 minutes walk away too. Dm and Budni the same. Various spätis and Mauerpark 2 blocks away to top it all off!
You will be staying with me, Nathan :). I am 25 years old and fairly easy going. I have recently gotten into bouldering, I speak French and Spanish as well as English, and have a fairly international background. I do a lot of home office, so I really appreciate cleanliness and some calm. Above all, I'd value an environment of trust. Outside (and inside) working hours, I'm sociable, enjoy cooking together with a glass of wine or beer and always happy to try new things! I have a long-distance relationship that would come to visit regularly so you should take it into consideration if you are fine with that.
Rent is subject to a small recalculation once I get confirmation from landlord, for now the rent with all bills included is 600. Contract is one year.
