Hello there,

We want to share our beautiful and big double room!
The room is very quiet and spacious, has a nice parquet and faces the inner courtyard.
The rent includes all the ordinary expenses and is considered per one month.

Feel free to reach out with any questions you might have, we are happy to answer!

The location is one of the best in Prenzlauer Berg: central, close to Mauerpark, trams M1, M10 and 12, and the U-Bahn U2.

Around the area, you can find anything you might need to enjoy Berlin fully: great restaurants, nice and cozy bars, cinemas, comedy clubs, and of course one of the best kebap places in town!

We are a lovely family with a music producer, a sales assistant and a digital marketing manager.
The environment is creative and friendly. We are always up for a chat in the living room or a nice dinner with board games, but we also value our privacy and personal spaces.

We have a cat named Quincy in the flat, he's our fluffy supervisor! He's very sweet and joyful.
You'll mostly find him chilling around.
