Schönes großes Zimmer in PBerg

Die Wohnung ist in der Schönhauser Allee, 1 min. zum U-Bahnhof Eberswalder Straße, also sehr gut angebunden an die U-Bahn, den S-Bahnring und diverse Tramlinien.

Falls du die Gegend nicht kennst: hier gibt es unzählige Cafes, Kneipen, schöne kleine Läden, einen Rewe-Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, mehrere Bioläden, jede Menge Imbisse und Restaurants, den Mauerpark, den Helmholzplatz, zwei Kinos in Laufnähe und vieles mehr.

Ausserdem haben wir einen sehr schönen Hof mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Blumen, Beeten und netten Nachbarn.

The apartment is on Schönhauser Allee, 1 minute from the Eberswalder Straße subway station, so it is very well connected to the subway, the S-Bahn ring and various tram lines.

If you don't know the area: there are countless cafes, bars, nice little shops, a Rewe supermarket directly opposite, several organic shops, lots of snack bars and restaurants, Mauerpark, Helmholzplatz, two cinemas within walking distance and much more.

We also have a very nice courtyard with lots of seating, flowers, flower beds and nice neighbors.

Wir sind: Julia (49) und Jojo (22), die sich sehr gut verstehen und einen offenen, freien und liebevollen Umgang miteinander pflegen. Und Tiffany, (10), Katze.

Wir freuen uns auf die Dritte im Bunde.

Hier ein paar Worte über uns:

Johanna:
Ich bin Johanna, bin 22 Jahre alt und wohne seit knapp zwei Jahren in Berlin und studiere hier Psychologie im 4. Semester :))
Ich bin gerne draussen und aktiv, also gerne und viel mit dem Radl unterwegs, vor allem sommerliche mehrtages Touren haben es mir angetan:)

In einer wg ist mir wichtig, dass sich alle wohl fühlen und niemand das Gefühl hat, wem anders hinterher räumen zu müssen

Ich koche sehr gerne und viel vegan/vegetarisch, am liebsten nicht nur für mich:) seit neustem bin ich im Brot Gaim also springt am Wochenende auch gerne mal ein leckeres Brot für euch raus, oder eingelegtes bzw fermentiertes Gemüse falls ihr was damit anfangen könnt ;)

Julia:
Hey, ich bin Julia.
Meine zwei Kinder sind bereits ausgezogen, nun genieße ich die neue Freiheit und pendele zur Zeit zwischen Berlin und Portugal, wo ich in meinem uralten Wohnmobil lebe und gerade einen kleinen Waldgarten anlege.

In Berlin freue ich mich sehr über unser harmonisches und lebendiges WG-Leben! Ich liebe tiefgründige Gespräche, über das, was uns wirklich bewegt. Aber auch mal zusammen zu lachen und Blödsinn zu machen, spontane Tanzeinlagen inklusive. Gerne zusammen kochen und essen, wenn es passt. Es ist ein tolles Gefühl, dass wir alle meistens unsere Türen offen lassen und einander so schön vertrauen. Alleine sein und Rückzug stehen für mich aber in keinem Gegensatz zu einem innig verbundenen WG-Leben. Wichtig in einer WG sind mir: Ehrlichkeit, offene Kommunikation, liebevolle Zugewandtheit und Lust am lebenslangen Lernen.

Beruflich: Ich bin freischaffende Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie, Hypnotherapeutin und Psychodramaleiterin und Coach und unterrichte seit 14 Jahren interaktives Puppenspiel im pädagogischen und therapeutischen Bereich.

Da ich den Sommer über in Portugal bin, steht mein ab sofort Zimmer ebenfalls für eine kurzzeitige Vermietung zur Verfügung (bis 10.09.2024 - beschrieben in einer gesonderten Anzeige).

Tiffany,:
Tiffany ist eine eigenwillige Katzendame, die sehr verschmust sein kann, wenn sie Lust hat. Sie reist mit Julia hin- und her. Das heißt, wenn Julia da ist, ist Tiffany auch da.

Diesen Sommer werden die zwei süßen Katzen von Julias Mann voraussichtlich in der WG Unterschlupf finden, solange Tiffany und Julia weg sind. Auf jeden Fall suchen wir eine Person, die Katzen genauso liebt, wie wir, die gerne auch schon Katzenerfahrung mitbringt und auch Lust hat, die Katzen mal zu versorgen, wenn Jojo mal nicht zu Hause ist.

Es wird immer mal vorkommen, dass Julia nicht da ist und ihr Zimmer kurzzeitig vermietet. Dabei achten wir darauf, dass alle sich gut riechen können, damit es bei uns weiterhin so schön läuft wie bisher.

NICHT erwünscht in unserer WG sind: Rauchen in der Wohnung, Parties, regelmässiger Drogenkonsum, unsoziales Verhalten auf Kosten der anderen WG-Mitglieder, dauerhafte schlechte Laune.

Wir sind lebenslustige, kreative, herzliche Menschen und wünschen uns ebensolche als Mitbewohner:in(-nen)

Here are a few words about us:

Johanna:
I'm Johanna, I'm 22 years old and have been living in Berlin for almost two years and am studying psychology here in the 3rd semester :))
I like being outside and active, so I like to go cycling a lot, I especially like multi-day tours in the summer:)

I recently started training for a triathlon in June (let's see how that goes haha) alongside university I work in a psychiatric hospital and spend my time with friends at the weekend, I really like pottery or playing my cello a bit (of course only when it doesn't bother anyone)

In a shared flat it's important to me that everyone feels comfortable and no one feels like they have to clean up after someone else

I really like to cook vegan/vegetarian food and I cook a lot, preferably not just for myself:) I've recently joined Brot Gaim, so feel free to make some delicious bread for yourself at the weekend, or pickled or fermented vegetables if you like you can start with that ;)

Hey, I'm Julia.
My two children have already moved out, now I'm enjoying my new freedom and am currently commuting between Berlin and Portugal, where I live in my ancient mobile home and am currently planting a small forest garden.

In Berlin, I'm very happy about our harmonious and lively shared apartment life! I love deep conversations about what really moves us. But also laughing together and doing silly things, including spontaneous dance routines. I like cooking and eating together when it's convenient. It's a great feeling that we all leave our doors open most of the time and trust each other so well. But for me, being alone and withdrawing are not in conflict with a closely connected shared apartment life. What's important to me in a shared apartment is: honesty, open communication, loving attentiveness and a desire for lifelong learning.

Professionally: I am a freelance alternative practitioner for psychotherapy, hypnotherapist and psychodrama leader and coach and have been teaching interactive puppetry in the educational and therapeutic field for 14 years.

As I will be in Portugal over the summer, my room is now also available for short-term rental (until September 10, 2024 - described in a separate ad).

Tiffany is a headstrong cat lady who can be very cuddly when she feels like it. She travels back and forth with Julia. That means that when Julia is there, Tiffany is there too.

This summer, Julia's husband's two cute cats will probably find shelter in the shared apartment while Tiffany and Julia are away. In any case, we are looking for someone who loves cats as much as we do, who also has experience with cats and is also interested in looking after the cats when Jojo is not at home.

It will always happen that Julia is not there and rents out her room for a short time. We make sure that everyone gets along well so that things continue to run as smoothly as they have done so far.

NOT wanted in our shared apartment are: smoking in the apartment, parties, regular drug use, antisocial behavior at the expense of the other flatmates, permanent bad mood.

We are fun-loving, creative, warm-hearted people and would like to have the same kind of roommates.
