Das Zimmer ist 15 qm groß und die Fenster zeigen nach Osten, sodass man morgens Sonne hat :). Das Zimmer ist UNMÖBLIERT. Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden, das Tageslicht-Bad hat eine Badewanne.
Das Wohnhaus gehört zur "Weißen Stadt" in Reinickendorf und wurde in den 1930ern erbaut. Die Wohnung hat hohe Decken und es gibt ein großes Kellerabteil. Vor der Tür fahren die Buslinien 120,122 und 125 und bringen einen in kürzester Zeit zur Seestraße (U6) oder zur Osloer Straße (U9). Die U8 ist in 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen (U Residenzstraße oder U Franz-Neumann-Platz). Die Weiße Stadt liegt an der Grenze zu Berlin-Wedding und kombiniert damit das grüne Reinickendorf mit der pulsierenden Mitte Berlins.
In der Wohnung würdest du mit mir, Anna, zusammen wohnen. Ich suche nach einer Mitbewohnerin, die bis Ende September bei mir einziehen möchte. Danach wird das Zimmer bereits an wen anders vermietet.

The Room is 15qm and the windows are facing east, so you have sun in the mornings :). The room is UNFURNISHED. Washingmashine and Fridge are included, the bathroom has a window and a bathtub.
The house is part of the "White City" in Reinickendorf and was built in the 1930s. The flat comes with high ceilings and a large storage room in the cellar. Bus lines 120, 122 and 125 stop right outside the door and will take you to Seestrasse (U6) or Osloer Strasse (U9) in no time. The U8 is within walking distance of 10 minutes (U Residenzstraße or U Franz-Neumann-Platz). The White City borders Berlin-Wedding and is right in between green Reinickendorf and the buzzing center of Berlin.
You would be sharing the flat with me, Anna. I'm looking for a female roommate who would like to live with me until the end of September. The room will then be rented to someone else.
I am 25, just finished my Bachelor of Laws at University of Potsdam and am starting a new bachelor's degree in the winter semester.
