Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, wovon ich 2 vermiete und eins selbst bewohne.
Ich bin oft längere Zeit im Ausland, so dass du die Wohnung überwiegend allein hast bzw. max. mit einer Mitbewohnerin teilst.
Das Zimmer ist das größte Zimmer, mit knapp 24m².
Es ist frei ab Oktober und für eine Person, max. 2 Personen geeignet.
Küche und Bad werden gemeinsam benutzt.
Der Mietzeitraum ist erstmal bis Ende Oktober 2025, ggfs. kann man auch etwas verlängern oder verkürzen, da bin ich flexibel.
Die Wohnung ist direkt am U-Bhf Rudow und mega zentral.
Direkt vor der Tür und vor dem Haus ist alles was man braucht, Rewe, DM, Edeka mehrere Dönerläden, China-Imbiss, Apotheke, Ärzte, Woolworth, Bus, U-Bahn, Taxi etc.
Da ich zeitweise in Spanien lebe, vermiete ich 2 meiner 3 Zimmer.
D.h. ich bin zwar ab und zu da, du (und die zukünftige Mitbewohner/in) hättet die Wohnung aber auch oft für dich/euch allein.
Ich suche eigentlich weibliche Mitbewohnerinnen, am Ende kommt es aber auf die passende Chemie an.
Wenn du nett bist, ist das schon mal ein großer Vorteil :)
Eine Haftpflicht/Glasversicherung wäre von Vorteil.
