Hello, we are renting a room in Berlin-Rudow, approximately 12 square meters in size. The room is on the first floor of a two-family house.
*Room 3* in the photo is rented
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Both bathrooms have a toilet. The apartment also has a fitted kitchen with an electric stove and dishwasher.
There's also a small common room with a sofa, a table, and an armchair.
Our apartment is located at Seidelbastweg 12357, Berlin, in the quiet and green neighborhood of Rudow. It’s a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience, offering a peaceful environment while still being well-connected to the rest of Berlin.
Transport connections are excellent. The apartment is close to U7 Johannisthaler Chaussee stop, Schoneweide bhf station giving you quick access to the U-Bahn and train station for easy travel to central Berlin. Additionally, several bus stops are nearby, making it simple to get around. You can reach the heart of the city in about 30 minutes by public transport.
The neighborhood itself is peaceful, with plenty of green spaces, perfect for walks or relaxing outside. You'll find all your essential amenities close by, Penny, Aldi is one bus stop away including supermarkets, as well as cafes, pharmacies, and other shops. There’s also a local park nearby for outdoor activities.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with Yashee (25, F) and Swathi (30, F), both working professionals from India. We are friendly, respectful, and enjoy a peaceful living environment. While this is not a typical “party” WG, we value occasional chats and moments of connection. We like to have a relaxed atmosphere and respect each other's privacy.
The apartment is a cozy space where we maintain cleanliness and enjoy a calm vibe. We don’t gather together every weekend, but we’re always open to casual conversations, sharing meals, or just hanging out when we feel like it. It’s a balance of independence and community, where everyone has their personal space but also enjoys the occasional social interaction.
We are looking for a responsible, tidy, and respectful individual. Ideally, you should be someone who values a quiet and respectful living environment but is also open to occasional chats and sharing time together. If you’re someone who has experience living in shared spaces (WGs) and can contribute to the calm and comfortable atmosphere, you’d be a great fit for the apartment!
