In unsere 2er-WG ist ein Zimmer vom 01.08.2024 bis 31.03.2025 frei. Das Zimmer ist 14 m² groß, hat ein Fenster zum Hinterhof, daher hat es einen schönen Ausblick und ist sehr ruhig. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein 1,4 m breites Bett und ein Schreibtisch, ein Kleiderschrank, und ein Klavier. Wenn du das Klavier nicht in deinem Zimmer haben möchtest, können wir es woanders hinstellen.
Zu Fuß läuft man 6 Min. zur S/U. Lichtenberg. Von da aus fährt man ca. 15 Min zum Alexanderplatz und ca. 20 Min. zum Hbf.
Die Küche hat alles was man braucht: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine usw.
Deine Mitbewohnerin bin ich - Jing, aus China, 32 Jahre alt, berufstätig. Mir ist wichtig, dass nachts Ruhig ist. Wenn du viele nächtliche Aktivitäten hast, wird es leider nicht passen, weil die Isolierung nicht sehr optimal ist und es sehr laut wird.
Es gibt einen Putzplan. Wir werden jede Woche abwechselnd das Bad und die Küche putzen.
Die Wohnung ist überwiegend vegan. Fleisch essen und kochen sind ausgeschlossen.
Rauchen und Drogenkonsum sind nicht gestattet.
Die Miete beträgt 550 Euro, alles inklusiv.
Anmeldung ist möglich.

The room is available from 1st of August, 2024 until 31st of March, 2025.
The size of the room is 14 m², has a window facing the backyard, offering a nice view and quiet surroundings. It is furnished with a 1.4 m bed, a desk, a wardrobe, and a piano. If you prefer not to have the piano in your room, we can place it elsewhere.
The Lichtenberg S/U-Bahn station is a 6-minute walk away. From there, it takes about 15 minutes to Alexanderplatz and about 20 minutes to the main train station.
The kitchen is fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
Your future roommate is me – Jing, 32 years old, from China, and employed. It is important to me that it is quiet at night. If you have many night activities, it will not work out, as the insulation is not very good and it can get quite loud.
There is a cleaning schedule: we will take turns cleaning the bathroom and kitchen every week.
The apartment is vegan/vegetarian. Eating and cooking meat are not possible. Smoking and drug use are not permitted.
The rent is 550 euros, all-inclusive.
Registration with the city office (Anmeldung) is possible.
