Our cosy apartment is divided over two floors. It is fully furnished with two separate rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

The room is furnished with a bed which extends into a double, a large mirror, and a dresser, plus many interesting books.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to cook and bake.

The bathroom has a washing machine and a bathtub.

The apartment is conveniently located near two different S-bahn stations and a bus stop.

There are several supermarkets and corner shops within walking distance.

Nearby the apartment, there are also several areas with bars, restaurants, and shopping.

Normally, the apartment is occupied by me and my wife.

We are women in our early 30s from Sweden and Brazil. We have lived in Berlin for 4 years. I work in an environmental consultancy, and my wife is a game designer. We are both vegetarians and like to play board games.

During the rental period, we will both be travelling extensively. This means that you will be living alone in the apartment for a large part of the rental period.
