Mein Name ist Johanna, ich bin 25 Jahre alt und zurzeit auf der Suche nach einer neuen Mitbewohnerin für meine 2-Zimmer WG. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (Hochparterre) eines Mehrfamilienhauses in der Nähe der Station S-Nöldenerplatz. Es gibt einen großen Garten der mit genutzt werden kann. Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 m2 groß und wäre vom 10.04. bis 31.07. frei (mit Möglichkeit auf Übernahme). Die Miete inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Strom, Gas, Internet) beträgt 475,00 Euro.
Über mich: Ich studiere Politikwissenschaften und VWL, lebe vegetarisch/vegan, koche gerne, lese viele Bücher und bin eher introvertiert. Wichtige Info: Ich habe einen Kater mit dem Namen Malo. Es wäre also wichtig, dass du Katzen magst bzw. keine Tierhaarallergie hast :) Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch und Chinesisch. Über eine Nachricht mit einer kurzen Vorstellung würde ich mich sehr freuen.
