Very little room with a bed, a table, a shelf, a ventilator to the corridor and a blue-sky-lamp for a female guest. There are no window from the room to outside. There is the big and sunny bathroom in the flat just opposit of your room. Ideal to have a rest in a qiet room after the working day.
Anmeldung is possible. Everyone knows how important for a young female guest to have a safe place in the big city. The space is very compact, cozy, nice, and comfortable! For a girl this room is a perfect place to stay in the city!
Due to the Misappropriation Law in Berlin, we are allowed to sublet 49% of the living space. That is why we arranged for you a mini kitchen with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffe maschine, toaster, water cooker and dishes for your own usage in front of your room. It is possible for you to use a little frigde and warm up the food in the microwave, but it is not possible to cook on the stove or in the oven.
We have a nice garden in the yard for you and also for your friends whom you can invite to spend time there.
The room is only for nonsmoker.
Jogging space in park by the lake is close to the house. Shops and cafes are availible in the area. The room is only for a female guest. The House is quiet.
