Da wir eine berufstätige WG sind, finden bei uns keine großen Partys statt. Natürlich essen wir manchmal zusammen und genießen ein Bierchen, aber meistens achten wir darauf, dass jede/r Mitbewohner/in genug Ruhe hat. Gegenseitiger Respekt wird bei uns großgeschrieben und ist uns sehr wichtig. 😊

Since we are a flatshare for working professionals, we don’t throw big parties. Of course, we sometimes enjoy meals together and have a beer, but we usually make sure that every roommate has their peace and quiet. Mutual respect is very important to us. 😊

Wie du auf den Fotos sehen kannst, ist die gesamte Wohnung vollständig eingerichtet. Daher erwarten wir, dass du die Wohnung beim Auszug im selben Zustand hinterlässt. Die meisten unserer Geräte wurden vor Kurzem gekauft, und wir gehen nicht davon aus, dass sie in den nächsten Monaten kaputt gehen. Sollte dies dennoch passieren, werden die Kosten fair auf alle Mitbewohner aufgeteilt.

Beim Einzug erstellen wir eine Checkliste für die wichtigsten Dinge im Zimmer. Für die gesamte Wohnung halten wir das nicht für notwendig, da wir darauf vertrauen, dass alle Mitbewohner harmonisch und rücksichtsvoll zusammenleben. Also keine Sorge – alles ist entspannt! 😊

Die Anmeldung ist möglich! Aber der Name auf dem Briefkasten darf nicht geändert werden. (Du kannst einfach 'C/O' schreiben und deine Post erhalten.)

Die Kaution wird im ersten Monat bezahlt und deckt eventuelle Schäden, unsachgemäßen Gebrauch sowie sichtbare Abnutzung der Zimmereinrichtung, der Wandfarbe und der Endreinigung ab. Außerdem werden damit die Betriebskosten des Jahres, in dem man auszieht, ausgeglichen. Wenn sich das Zimmer bei der Übergabe in einwandfreiem Zustand und wie bei der Übernahme befindet, wird die Kaution vollständig zurückerstattet!.

Wir empfehlen, keine Veränderungen an den Wänden vorzunehmen oder Gegenstände daran zu befestigen, die den Lack beschädigen könnten, ebenso wie keine Aufkleber auf den Möbeln anzubringen. Falls die Wandfarbe geändert wird, muss das Zimmer zum Zeitpunkt der Übergabe vollständig neu in Weiß gestrichen sein. Wir sprechen es jetzt aus, um Probleme in der Zukunft zu vermeiden.😌

As you can see in the photos, the entire apartment is fully furnished. Therefore, we expect you to leave it in the same condition when you move out. Most of our appliances were recently purchased, so we don’t anticipate any issues in the coming months. However, if something does break, the costs will be shared equally among all roommates.

When you move in, we’ll prepare a checklist for the essentials in your room. We don’t find it necessary to do the same for the entire apartment, as we trust that everyone will live together harmoniously and respectfully. So don’t worry – everything is easygoing! 😊

Registration is possible! However, the name on the mailbox cannot be changed. (You can simply write 'C/O' and receive your mail).

The deposit is paid in the first month and covers potential damages, improper use, and visible wear and tear of the room's furnishings, wall paint, and final cleaning. Additionally, it also covers the operating costs for the year in which the tenant moves out. If the room is handed over in perfect condition and in the same state as it was received, the deposit will be fully refunded.

We recommend not making any changes to the walls or attaching items to them that could damage the paint, as well as not placing stickers on the furniture. If the wall color is changed, the room must be completely repainted white at the time of handover. We are addressing this now to avoid problems in the future.😌
