Because Im moving out, the room will be half furnished, means Im taking the bed with me and a few other things, but I will provide a mattress and leave the table, chairs, television, a small wardrobe. The room is around 20 qm big and has a nice balkony, but which is at the moment under construction.
The flat is 91 qm big on ground/mezzanine floor.
Washing machine is provided and anything else that one might need.
Located in a very green and pretty part of Schöneberg, literally right next to Volkspark Schöneberg / Rudolph-Wilde-Park (prettiest park in Berlin imo!)

With you would be living at least 2 other people Elli (26, student), her bf Shawn (25, student), Elli's dog Henry. There will also be another intermediate tenant I dont know yet.
The vibe is overall very chill! Elli is doing home office 2-3 times a week, so it's rather quite during the day, but your potential flatmates are always up for a chat in the kitchen. You can also always take the space and time just for yourself if needed though.

Weil ich ausziehe wird das Zimmer nur teilmöbliert sein. Ich nehme das Bett und ein paar andere Sachen mit, stelle aber eine Matratze bereit und lasse Tisch, Stühle, Fernseher und einen schmalen Schrank da. Das Zimmer ist circa 20 qm groß und hat einen schönen Balkon, bei dem aktuell jedoch die Brüstung ausgetauscht wird.
Die Wohnung ist 91 qm groß und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss/Hochparterre.
Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und alles, was man sonst noch so braucht.
Gelegen in einem sehr grünen und schönen Teil von Schöneberg, direkt neben dem Volkspark Schöneberg / Rudolph-Wilde-Park (schönster Park in Berlin imo!)

Die Stimmung ist sehr entspannt! Elli macht 2-3 Mal pro Woche Home Office, deshalb ist es tagsüber eher ruhig, aber deine potenziellen Mitbewohner sind immer für ein Gespräch in der Küche zu haben. Man kann sich aber auch immer den Raum und die Zeit für sich selbst nehmen, wenn man es braucht.
