Das freie Zimmer ist 15qm groß, möbliert, gut beleuchtet, mit Fenster zum Hinterhof und mit eigenem Eingang zum Seitenflügel. Wir haben eine neue Einbauküche mit Induktionskochfeld, Geschirrspüler und Hochbackofen. Das Badezimmer besitzt eine Duschkabine, sowie Badewanne und Fußbodenheizung. Die Wohnung wurde letztes Jahr vor unserem Einzug renoviert.
Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 750€ warm und ist auf 6 Monate befristet, da meine Schwester nach einem Auslandssemester wieder hier einzieht.
The available room is 15 sqm, furnished, well-lit, with a window facing the courtyard and its own entrance to the side wing. We have a new fitted kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher, and high oven. The bathroom features a shower, bathtub, and underfloor heating. The apartment was renovated last year before we moved in.
The rent for the room is €750, all utilities included, and is limited to 6 months as my sister will be moving back in after her semester abroad.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen U-Bhf Bülowstraße und Nollendorfplatz in der Winterfeldtstrasse und ist ca. 140qm groß. Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind sehr gut. (U1,2,3,7 + S1,2,25,26+zahlreiche Busse) Wir wohnen im Vorderhaus, 4. Stock (leider ohne Aufzug). Von hier aus haben wir nie Probleme schnell alle Bezirke Berlins zu erreichen. In der Nähe befinden sich beliebte Parks wie der Gleisdreickpark, Viktoriapark und auch der Tiergarten ist in 10min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
The apartment is located between U-Bhf Bülowstraße and Nollendorfplatz on Winterfeldtstraße and is approximately 140 sqm. The public transport connections are excellent (U1, 2, 3, 7 + S1, 2, 25, 26 + numerous buses). We live in the front building, 4th floor (unfortunately without an elevator). From here, it's never an issue to quickly reach all the districts of Berlin. Nearby, you'll find popular parks like Gleisdreieck Park, Viktoriapark, and even the Tiergarten, which is just a 10-minute bike ride away.
Das WG-Leben hier wurde immer respektvoll und rücksichtsvoll gestaltet. Ob gemeinsame Koch- oder Spieleabende oder einfach auch nur mal etwas Zeit für sich selbst. Die Wohnung ist groß genug, dass man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen kann, sollte man etwas Ruhe brauchen. Die große Wohnküche bietet immer einen Begegnungsraum, wenn einem nach Interaktion ist. Wir legen Wert darauf, dass jede/r hinter sich selbst aufräumt und die gemeinsamen Nutzflächen so hinterlässt, wie sie vorgefunden wurden.
Kurz zu mir:
Ich befinde mich momentan im 10. Semesters meines Medizinstudiums und bin dementsprechend häufig in der Klinik oder Praxis eingebunden. Auch bei intensiveren Lernphasen verschwinde ich mal länger in der Bibliothek und bin auch öfter übers Wochenende Familie besuchen ;) Ich treibe viel und gerne Sport, unternehme gerne Dinge und spiele auch immer mal wieder meine Gitarre bei Mitbewohnerlautstärke. Für einen Film oder Serienabend bin ich auch immer für zu haben.
The shared living experience here has always been respectful and considerate. Whether it's cooking or game nights together or simply having some time to yourself, the apartment is spacious enough that we can give each other space when needed. The large kitchen provides a great communal area for interaction whenever you're in the mood for company. We value everyone cleaning up after themselves and leaving the shared spaces as they were found.
A bit about me:
I'm currently in the 10th semester of my medical studies, so I'm often busy with shifts at the clinic or practice. During more intense study phases, I might disappear into the library for longer periods and frequently visit my family on weekends. I enjoy sports, being active, and I occasionally play my guitar at a reasonable roommate-friendly volume. I'm always up for a movie or series night too!
