The room is big, spacious, and bright and has its own wintergarden! (balcony with closable windows). The flat itself has 4 rooms the biggest of which is the living room with integrated kitchen. The living room has a big balcony attached as well and the kitchen is new and nice.
We have 2 bathrooms! One with a shower, one with a bathtub, and both new and nice.
Additionally, the community common space includes a coworking area, a rooftop terrasse, a music room, and a bookable gym (all free). The building is very modern, we are the first to live in this flat after it was build.
Directly at the train station Südkreuz it would be difficult to find a more central location in the south of Berlin. We are part of the lively district of Schöneberg with its plentiful Bars and Restaurants (and even clubs, but it's advisable to take the train a bit to nicer ones tbh). The surrounding area is much greener than you would think with plenty of paths to walk, run, or ride a bike without being bothered much by cars.

We get along very well and sometimes sit together during dinner or on the balcony, while still giving each other room and space to relax by ourselves. Everyone living her is quite sporty. We cover everything from soccer, running, bouldering, swimming to dancing. On weekends we sometimes visit local flea markets together and one of us has really gotten into gardening so our living room is fairly green now.
Naturally everyone takes turns cleaning the bathrooms and the shared spaces are kept clean, too. We haven't had issues with these as everyone sees this as common curtesy.
Everyone is welcome to be theirselves and bring their own flair to WG life. Just be conscious of being friendly, even when you're going through a stressful time so that everyone can feel comfortable being at home.
Please be sure to note that we need 3 months Kaltmiete (cold-rent) as Kaution (security bond) and 320 Euros Abschlag (severance pay) for the shared furniture remaining in the flat (incl. living room furniture, kitchen equipment, bathroom furniture).
Other costs are: Internet (16,17), electricity (47,67), radio tax (6,12)
I will also be leaving a wardrobe, if you want it, but that is free and optional.
