Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß, voll möbliert und hat eine Höhe von 4,20 m und dadurch zusätzlich nochmal eine großzügige Hochebene zum Schlafen von ca. 8 qm. Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig und hell. Die Wohnung (renovierter Altbau, 1. OG) ist sehr schön geschnitten und schon mit allem, was man so braucht (Bad, Extra WC, zwei Balkone, Wasch- und Spülmaschine usw.) ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt in Schöneberg liegt zum Park und und hat eine super Anbindung an den ÖPNV (U7 / S1 & S2 und Bus M19) und sehr viel Grün drumherum (Gleisdreieckpark).
