In der Nähe vom Nollendorfplatz gibt es ein befristetes WG-Zimmer.
Meine Mitbewohner sind Musiker und Programmierer. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG – ab und zu kochen wir am Wochenende zusammen, ansonsten ist jeder sehr selbstständig und frei in seinem Alltag.
Wichtige Infos:
Rauchen: Im Haus verboten.
Putzplan: Jede dritte Woche ist man für das Putzen der Gemeinschaftsräume verantwortlich.
Zimmer: Mein Zimmer ist möbliert. Die WG hat eine große Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer und ein Gäste-WC.
Miete: Für den gesamten Zeitraum (ohne Kaution): 600 Euro.
Wenn nur der Februar gemietet wird: 500 Euro.
Besichtigung: Online-Besichtigungen biete ich nur bei ernsthaftem Interesse an.

Hi!
There’s a temporary room available in a shared apartment near Nollendorfplatz.
My flatmates are musicians and programmers. We’re not a Zweck-WG (functional shared flat) – sometimes we cook together on weekends, but everyone is independent and respectful of each other’s space.
Important Information:
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
Cleaning Schedule: You’ll be responsible for cleaning the shared spaces every third week.
The Room: My room is fully furnished. The apartment has a spacious kitchen, a living room, one bathroom, and a guest WC.
Rent: For the full period (no deposit): €600. If you’re only staying in February: €500.
Viewing:
I will arrange online viewings only for those with serious interest.
