I’m offering my cozy, warm, and cute room in the heart of Schöneberg while I’m away for 3 weeks. I’m looking for someone to stay during this time. The rent is lower than what I currently pay – I’m not looking to make a profit, just hoping to find someone who will take good care of it as if it were their own, and who agrees with the house rules: No parties, no smoking inside, taking care of appliances, respect quiet times.
The room is on the quiet side of the street, on the 4th floor. It’s peaceful, especially during the week, and has a lovely view – perfect for a home office! We have a nice shared kitchen and bathroom, plus a balcony if you smoke. You will be sharing with two girls.
