Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock und richtig schön hell. Das Zimmer hat ca. 17m2 und geht zum Innenhof raus. Es ist also sehr ruhig und man kann gut schlafen:)
Bett , Regal, eingebaute Kleiderstange und eventuell ein Schreibtisch sind im Zimmer. Du kannst aber auch gerne eigene Sachen mitbringen.

Zwischenmiete ab Jetzt oder Anfang Februar kostet 480€ warm. Eventuell ist das Zimmer aber auch bis Ende April frei, da Lisa, die danach in das Zimmer ziehen wird, noch nicht genau weiß, wann genau sie umziehen wird. Aber das können wir dann ja alles absprechen.

Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich

Lage ist top, direkt am Bahnhof Schöneberg. Also Ringbahn, S-Bahn und Bus in 3 min zu erreichen.

Unsere gemütliche WG im 4. Stock mit richtig schöner Aussicht über Schöneberg ist eine 3er Wg. Momentan wohnen dort Bruno und Ida. Ida ist auch Zwischenmieterin und wohnt in Carlotas Zimmer, da sie gerade im Ausland ist. Du würdest in das 3. Zimmer einziehen und wohnst dann mit Bruno und Ida. Bruno, 30, ist Programmierer und eher ruhigeren Gemütes, aber immer für einen Plausch oder Kippchen in der Küche oder Balkon dabei. Ida, 27, hat gerade ihren Bachelor in Kommunikationsdesign gemacht und ist auf Jobsuche. Wir kochen alle super gerne und wenn es passt auch mal zusammen:)

Wir würden uns über eine Person freuen, die zuverlässig und gesellig ist. Wir haben zwar alle einen relativ unterschiedlichen Alltag, aber freuen uns immer, wenn man sich mal in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon begegnet und Zeit zusammen verbringt.
