Hi! We're two roommates looking for a new place to live in Berlin. We want to experience another flat together anywhere inside the Ring. We'd love to swap our two bedrooms for two bedrooms in your WG or apartment.
Room #1: The 20qm room includes a Hochbett. The rest of the room is unfurnished - however, we can discuss if you’d like to buy other pieces of furniture. The window faces the quiet street.
Room #2: The room is 24m2, all the furniture would stay except the mattress. The window faces the courtyard.
Each room is €555, it includes everything! And the Kaution (deposit) of each one is €750. The contract is Unbefristet and Anmeldung is possible.
There’s a fee (Abschlag) to be paid for both rooms, room #1 €500, and room #2 €800. This includes the furniture that stays but also the dishwasher, fridge, washing machine.
You would share the apartment with a guy in his late 30s who keeps to himself.
The apartment is situated in a beautiful Altbau in the sought-after Rote Insel in Schöneberg. Lots of supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you need in the area. Well connected: S1, Ringbahn, bus lines, and U7 within walking distance.
