Hallo ihr lieben,
mein Mitbewohner muss leider ausziehen und deswegen habt ihr jetzt die Chance auf ein Zimmer!
Die Wohnung ist erstmal befristet bis Oktober. Danach entscheidet sich endgültig, ob mein Mitbewohner in der anderen Stadt bleibt. Da er da einen Job gefunden hat ist die Chance sehr hoch, dass das Zimmer danach dauerhaft verfügbar ist.
Unsere Wohnung hat insgesamt drei Zimmer. Zwei Schlafzimmer und eine große Wohnküche.
Für euch wäre das kleinere Zimmer aber mit Blick auf den ruhigen und sehr sonnigen Innenhof. Mein Mitbewohner nimmt alle Möbel mit und würde nur die Vorhänge im Zimmer lassen (deshalb die 50€).
Gemeinsam haben wir eine schöne große Wohnküche! Das Fenster geht richtig Süden und es ist wirklich immer super hell und gleichzeitig durch den Innenhof sehr entspannt. Wobei morgens die Vögel schon ordentlich singen. Der perfekte Ort um morgens einen Kaffee zu trinken und die Sonne im Gesicht zu spüren.
Die Wohnung ist größtenteils ausgestattet. Die wichtigen Geräte und Möbel sind da. Ich möchte die Wohnung aber noch gemütlicher machen und man kann sicher noch Sachen verbessern.

unfortunately my roommate has to move out and that's why you now have the chance to get a room!
I currently sublet the flat until Octobre. Until then we will find a final decision if my current flatmate is really leaving Berlin.
As he got a job in a different city the chances are high. Therefore there is the possibility that the room is available long-term as well.
Our apartment has a total of three rooms. Two bedrooms and a large kitchen/living room.
The smaller room would be for you, but with a view of the quiet and very sunny inner courtyard. My flatmate is taking all the furniture with him and would only leave the curtains in the room (hence the €50).
Together we have a nice big eat-in kitchen! The window really faces south and it's always super bright and at the same time very relaxed thanks to the inner courtyard. The birds are already singing in the morning. The perfect place to have a coffee in the morning and feel the sun on your face.
The apartment is mostly equipped. The important appliances and furniture are there. However, I would like to make the apartment even more comfortable and there are certainly still things that can be improved.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich perfekt gelegen.
Nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Nollendorfplatz entfernt erreicht man direkt die U1, U2, U3 und U4.
Gleichzeitig ist man fast direkt am Winterfellplatz mit einem richtigen schönen Markt am Samstag.
Direkt um die Ecke ist auch die Goltzstraße mit vielen Restaurants und Cafes oder in die andere Richtung die Motzstraße.
Würde mich freuen unseren Kiez auch noch gemeinsam besser zu erkunden.

The apartment is really perfectly located.
Just a few minutes' walk from Nollendorfplatz, you can reach the U1, U2, U3 and U4 directly.
At the same time you are almost directly at Winterfellplatz with a really nice market on Saturdays.
Just around the corner is also Goltzstraße with many restaurants and cafes or Motzstraße in the other direction.
I would be happy to explore our neighborhood even better together.
Zusammen leben wirst du mit mir, Andreas, 31. Ich wohne jetzt seit knapp einem Jahr in der Wohnung.
Ich arbeite bei Fraunhofer und bin da eig. mind. 3 mal die Woche im Institut. Habe also unter der Woche einen gewissen Alltag. Mache seit kurzem regelmäßig Sport und versuche dieses Jahr noch mehr Berlin kennenzulernen. Zum einen coole Bars und Restaurants aber auch die vielen Kulturangebote, die die Stadt so anbietet.
Letztes Jahr war ich fast gar nicht feiern und habe mir vorgenommen dieses Jahr wieder öfter zu loszugehen. Aber jedes Wochenende bin ich nicht unterwegs.
Ansonsten war das Leben mit meinem Mitbewohner bisher sehr entspannt. Wir haben regelmäßig was zusammen gemacht. Oft war es kochen, aber auch mal ein Spieleabend oder Feiern. Je nach Lust und Jahreszeit. Derzeit versuchen wir es gemeinsam mit dem Sport. Ich suche also keine Zweck-WG.
Gleichzeitig kann ich verstehen, dass man auch mal seine Ruhe braucht. Jeder kann sich auch seine Zeit nehmen ohne immer aufeinander zu hocken.
Allgemein halten wir die Wohnung recht ordentlich. Wir haben einen groben Putzplan und räumen zumindest unsere Sachen immer weg. Haben aber auch keinen Putzfimmel.
Ich bin auch gerne am reisen und habe ab und zu mal Freunde da. Wir haben auch eine Schlafcouch, falls du mal Gäste zu besuch da hast :-)

I work at Fraunhofer and am at the institute at least 3 times a week. So I have a certain daily routine during the week. I've recently started doing sports regularly and this year I'm trying to get to know Berlin even more. On the one hand, cool bars and restaurants, but also the many cultural activities that the city has to offer.
Last year, I hardly went out partying at all and have resolved to go out more often this year. But I'm not out and about every weekend.
Apart from that, life with my flatmate has been very relaxed so far. We've regularly done things together. It was often cooking, but sometimes it was a game night or a party. Depending on the mood and season. We're currently trying to do sport together. So I'm not looking for a functional flat share.
At the same time, I can understand that you need some peace and quiet. Everyone can take their time without always being on top of each other.
We generally keep the apartment quite tidy. We have a rough cleaning plan and at least always put our things away. But we don't have a cleaning mania either.
I also like to travel and have friends over from time to time. We also have a sofa bed in case you have guests over :-)
Alle sind hier willkommen in dieser WG. Ich bin selber schwul aber hab meist mit heteros zusammen gewohnt.
