The KadeWe is within a 10-minute walk, the Tiergarten in 15 minutes.

Your charming room (approx. 20 m2 and furnished) has a unique south facing window, hall floor, lots of sun. All amenities are available that make everyday life easier (washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, freezer...). The bright bathroom has a large window and tub. Also the whole kitchen-buckling snack is available and allows stylish food at the table.

Der Kiez ist total entspannt mit Wochenmarkt, kleinen Restaurants, Kaffees, Geschäften und Späti. Ganz Berlin ist schnell erreichbar, von hier fahren 4 U-Bahnen und Busse (3 Min zu Fuß) in alle Richtungen. Das KadeWe ist in 10 Min zu Fuß erreichbar, der Tiergarten in 15 Min.
Wohnen
Dein charmantes Zimmer (ca. 20 m² und möbliert) hat ein einmaliges, nach Süden gerichtetes Fenster, Dielenboden, viel Sonne. Es stehen alle Annehmlichkeiten, die den Alltag erleichtern (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Staubsauger, Kühl- Gefrierschrank…), zur Verfügung. Das helle Bad hat ein großes Fenster und Wanne. Auch der ganze Küchen-Schnickschnack ist vorhanden und ermöglicht stilvolle Essen am Tisch.

Es handelt sich um eine ruhige (bin berufstätig) WG, die zwanglos miteinander umgeht und die Privatsphäre des anderen achtet. Da die ‚Chemie‘ sowieso stimmen sollte wenn man zusammen wohnt, steht gemeinsamen Abenden mit Freunden beim Glas Wein sicher nichts im Wege.
