The neighborhood is very comfortable and safe. The apartment is located in a very beautiful area of Schönberg/Wilmersdorf and not far from Volkspark Schöneberg-Wilmersdorf. The apartment is well connected to several underground stations - U4 at Viktoria-Luise Platz, as well as U3, U9 and U7 are within 5 minutes walking distance. Shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity. There are parking spaces in front of the building, on the public road.
Ich arbeite viel, und bin sehr oft unterwegs. Allerdings möchte ich keine Zweck-WG, sondern eine (n) Mitbewohner (in) mit dem ich mich gut verstehen bzw. austauschen kann; aber kein muss.
I work and I travel a lot. However, I don't want a purpose-built flat share, but one room-mate with whom I can get along well or communicate; but it is not a need.
