The location is truly central, with all buses and the S-Bahn station just 2-3 minutes away from your apartment. There are excellent shopping options, including shopping malls and grocery stores such as Lidl and Penny.
Additionally, there is a park just a 5-minute walk away, perfect for strolling or relaxing. Restaurants, bars, and everything else you might need are also conveniently nearby.
You will be sharing the apartment with another girl who is very friendly and nice. She works full-time, so you will mostly see each other in the evenings. This is a wonderful opportunity for you if you are just moving to Berlin and looking for a long-term place to stay, or if you have an internship for a month or so.
The room is 23 square meters in size, while the overall flat size is 75 square meters. The location is perfect, with the train and buses just a 2-minute walk away. There are shopping malls and grocery stores right at the doorstep, yet the area is quiet and the flat is bright. Everything in the flat is new.
All utilities are included in the price, including very fast internet. I understand it may not be the cheapest option, but this is the price I pay myself for the room. Unfortunately, the current real estate market is quite high.
