Das Zimmer liegt im hinteren Teil der sehr großzügigen und schönen, klassischen Berliner Altbauwohnung und geht zum Hof raus. Es ist daher sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer hat ca 20 m2 und ist ausgestattet mit Bett (Breite 1,60m, sehr gute und neue Matratze) , Schreibtisch, Sofa und Kleiderschrank. Es ist sehr gemütlich. Genau wie der Rest der Wohnung. Du teilst dir eine große Wohnküche mit meinen beiden Mitbewohner_innen, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht. Auch hier kann man gut und viel Zeit mit Kochen und Faulenzen verbringen. Es gibt eine große Sofaecke und einen Esstisch. Das Zimmer meines Mitbewohners hat einen Balkon, der in Absprach mit ihm genutzt werden kann und wenn er nicht da ist sowieso.
Gleichzeitig mit meinem Zimmer ist das Zimmer meines Kindes frei. Es hat eine normale 90cm Matratze. Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß. Bei Bedarf kann das Zimmer für 170 Eu mitgemietet werden.

The room is located in the rear part of the very spacious and beautiful, classic Berlin-style apartment and faces the courtyard. It is therefore very quiet. The room has about 20 m2 and is equipped with a bed (width 1,60m, very good and new mattress), desk, sofa and wardrobe. It is very cosy. Just like the rest of the apartment. You share a big kitchen-living room with my two flatmates, which is equipped with everything you need. The open kitchen has two big sofas an a dining table. We have a balkony.
At the same time the room of my child is free. It is 170 Euro in total. If needed you can rent both rooms. The children's room has a normal 90cm x 200cm bed.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Altbau im Herzen von Schöneberg. 3-Minuten Fußweg zum sehr zentralen U-Banhof Kleistpark (U7) und jede Menge Busse fahren direkt in die Innenstadt und Richtung Neukölln direkt vor der Haustür. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte sowie kleine, feine Läden) sind fußläufig erreichbar. Schöneberg ist ein lebendiger Stadtteil mit vielen Restaurants, Kneipen und Cafes. Ich lebe sehr gerne hier.

The apartment is located in the heart of Schöneberg. 3-minute walking distance to the very central tubestation Kleistpark (U7) and lots of busses that go directly to the city centre and to Neukölln right in front of the door. Many shopping facilities (supermarkets and small, fine shops) are within walking distance. Schöneberg is a lively district with many restaurants, pubs and cafes. I love living here.

Meine Mitbewohner_innen sind beide Mitte dreißig. Hannah studiert, Sam ist Kindergärtner und Künstler. Wegen Corona arbeitet Hannah im Homeoffice. Ansonsten sind wir alle relativ viel unterwegs, freuen uns aber sehr , wenn wir uns in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon treffen. Die beiden geben gerne Tips, was man in der Gegend machen kann und gesehen haben muss. Wir gehen getrennt einkaufen, weil unsere unterschiedlichen Tagesrhythmen das so hergeben. Ich genieße das Zusammenleben mit den beiden.

My roommates are both in their mid-thirties. Hannah studies at the university, Sam is a kindergarten teacher and artist. Because of Corona Hannah works at home. We all have busy lives (working, seeing friends enjoying the summer), but we are very happy to meet in the kitchen or on the balcony once in a while. The two of them like to give tips on what you can do in the area and what you have to see. We speak German and English at home since Sam comes from Newsealand. I enjoy living together with them a lot.
