Hallo zusammen, wir sind etwa 3 Monate beruflich weg und suchen für diese Zeit jemanden, der/die ein Zimmer benötigt.
Es ist voll möbliert, es gibt einen Balkon und natürlich eine Geschirrspülmaschine wie auch eine Waschmaschine. Die Böden sind teilweise Laminat und teilweise Parkett. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Leider ist der Backofen nicht funktionsfähig, es kann jedoch gekocht werden. Wir sind jederzeit erreichbar und können uns um dringende Anliegen kümmern.

Die Wohnung ist in dem schönen Akazienkiez und hat viele Restaurants & Cafés direkt in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Durch den sonnenseitigen Balkon kann man hier immer ein paar ruhige und sonnige Minuten verbringen. Einkaufsläden und kleine Boutiquen gibt es jede Menge.

Entspanntes WG Leben. Partys sind nicht gestattet und Besuch der Länger bleibt als einen Tag ist bitte mit uns abzuklären. Ansonsten ist alles entspannt und wenn etwas benötigt wird, kümmern wir uns.
