We are looking for the final housemate for our beautiful 7er-WG in Schöneberg!
Someone who is keen to contribute, vibe and live together in harmony.
The basics:
This room will be available from March 1st 2025.
Its a comfortable room with a (nearly) private balcony, a wall of windows and gets summery afternoon sunshine.
Currently there are 3 women and 3 guys (24 - 38 yrs.) living here
In order to have a good gender balance we’re primarily looking for a woman. A certain level of maturity is important to us as well, thus 28 and older please.

Now to us:
Clear communication, self-reflection and care are major values we all share here.
We all have our own lives/jobs but enjoy friendly conversations and exchanges when we can. The days of reckless drug-infused clubbing / getting wasted(every weekend) are (mostly) over. We still go out, but it’s more of a chilled vibe in our WG.
The WG is situated in a quiet, green area in Schöneberg with good connections, U4, U9 and U7 subways close by. A few nice parks and Kudamm for shopping are also not far.
A little about us:
All of us value clear communication and a playful manner.
We're into psychology, re and upcycling, meditation, ecstatic dance, techno/downtempo/ psy music, organic everything (plants.yes), conscious festivals, yoga, fitness and dumb jokes. We talk our issues out, find resolution and move on. We’re looking for easy natured, centered and self-reflected people with a "consistent" lifestyle.
We have a system for split costs for certain foods, and individual choices/space for yours. We are a food inclusive household that likes a tidy kitchen (understandably necessary so everyone has space :)
In our massive living room (42sqm!) we've got space for everything from dinner parties to yoga, movie nights and more.
(oh yes, and a touch for interior design to make the space more beautiful is also very welcome)
There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub. And a cozy kitchen with an oven, 2 fridges and a dishwasher.
The room is unfurnished, has wooden floors and high Altbau ceilings with stuck and afternoon facing sunshine.
Rent includes everything (internet, electricity, and so on) and also shared costs for a professional cleaner of the community spaces once per week. (yes, very nice)
