We're looking for a girl in our WG to join us from the last week of June. You will be sharing the flat with two other girls. The room is spacious with big closet space. There’s a murphy bed included, but you are free to bring your own bed or furniture if you want. There’s a desk, chair included and a rack for hanging clothes.
The flat is located in Schöneweide, close by Sbahn stations Karlshorst and Schöneweide. Rewe, Aldi and a DM are 3 mins by walking. The tram station is also 3 mins by walking. It's a really nice and calm area to live in. There's a big park close by (Wuhlheide) and some Spätis around. The building is mostly families with small children (expect to hear a few cries now and then from the upstairs neighbour’s kids, unfortunately this is something we have no control over) If you think you are a person with too much sensitivity to noise, this could be a problem along the way. 🦦
You will live with two girls one from Italy and one from Armenia. Both working professionals. So we are not interested in parties or making loud noises. We appreciate the WG life of peace and harmony. We don’t have major rules, except that you are expected to keep the place clean and in order. We're really calm and we like to have our own space. But also some days we like to hang out together, enjoy a cup of tea or wine or go for walks. We appreciate clear communication and respecting boundaries.
We're not vegetarian, but we rarely eat meat if this is important for you. We're up for a scheduled cleaning plan, but so far we haven't needed one. As long as you keep your part clean, we won’t need to schedule cleaning. Once in a while, a cleaning person also comes.
We would like to share the flat with another nice girl who appreciates cleanliness and respect. This is not a party WG, we only want serious people who are career-focused and like to have a peaceful environment.
We are not fans of having people over, you may invite your friends of course, but we don't appreciate stay overs. If you are someone who is used to having people over, please skip this ad.
Also, we are non-smokers, and we have a strict no-smoking rule.
