Zimmer ist 4,08m x 1,99m, minimal mehr, wenn man die Sockelleisten entfernt, falls man ein Bett quer stellen möchte.
2,90m Deckenhöhe, nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter ist der Einbau eines Hochbetts sicher möglich.
Durch das Fenster im Zimmer erhält man Zugang zu einem separat eingezäunten Vordach im Innenhof, welches sich zwar nicht als Terrasse eignet, aber ausreichend Platz für allerhand Pflanzen bietet und im Sommer schön viel Licht bekommt.
Bei Interesse wäre es schön, wenn du uns gleich ein paar Infos zu dir gibst, Alter, Berufsstand (Student, Angestellt, etc.), voraussichtlicher Einzugstermin und wie lange du wahrscheinlich hier wohnen möchtest.

Room is 4.08m x 1.99m, slightly more if you remove the skirting boards if you want to put a bed across.
2.90m ceiling height, after consultation with the landlord the installation of a loft bed is certainly possible.
The window in the room gives access to a separately fenced canopy in the inner courtyard, which is not suitable as a terrace, but offers enough space for all kinds of plants and gets plenty of light in summer.
